We are looking for a committed and dynamic Male or Female candidate with multi-tasking skills for the following position open at Kelaniya Branch.
Qualifications
Minimum: A high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: A bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
Experience in education, exam coordination, or administrative management would be an added advantage.
Excellent command of English language.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure efficient execution of exam procedures.
Ensuring accuracy in registration, scheduling, and grading processes.
Good verbal and written communication for interacting with students, examiners, and other staff members.
Basic computer knowledge (e.g., proficiency with Microsoft Office) and familiarity with exam software or databases may be required.
Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality regarding exam papers, results, and student information.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the preparation of examination materials.
Coordinating the exam scheduling and ensuring all the candidates are informed.
Helping in the setup and organization of exam venues.
Ensuring adherence to exam protocols and monitoring the exam environment.
Assisting the collection, distribution, and storage of exam papers.
Supporting results processing and documentation.
