Certificate in CC Quality Evaluation Industries today needs to focus their view point on being more “Customer Centric”, the reason being is that the end user is the customer, meaning whatever the product that is being manufactured or service etc… offered through the organization is being brought by the customer, thereby the future of the organization lies on the valuable customers hand, thus more happy customer more business, to trigger this action the staff needs to be customer focused, which is why this program would be essential.
