Subjects / courses and educational qualifications

School of Business Insight Business School is unique in that it is focused towards creating entrepreneurs and business managers. Hence our programmes not only push students towards higher academic excellence but also encourage youth to take up the challenge of being innovators and entrepreneurs. A special feature of our business school programmes is that it gives aspiring entrepreneurs the opportunity to mingle with, share experience and learn from the experiences of leading businessmen from around the country. School of Engineering Insight School of Engineering focuses on creating technically skilled, productive and sought after professionals. School leavers lacking strong fundamentals in mathematics and science are encouraged to follow our foundation courses in order to obtain eligibility for various programmes recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission of Sri Lanka (TVEC) as well as the City & Guilds of London which we conduct in house. School of Education Insight School of Education is geared towards providing a stepping stone for those who aspire to become education professionals. Along with the residential programmes on offer the school also conducts part time courses for teachers who are looking to gain additional qualifications. Insight regularly conducts seminars and workshops related to the education industry. The school also takes special initiatives to help school teachers and principals achieve improved academic and social productivity in schools. Insight is a not for profit educational organization registered as a guarantee company in Sri Lanka under the companies act of 2007. The institute is managed by a council consisting of academics and professionals. Insight provides opportunities for youth who lack the necessary financial backing to pursue their dreams of higher education. All our technical programmes are designed to produce highly skilled industry sought after professionals who are capable of receiving industry placement upon completion of relevant courses. Insight encourages and give impetus to our business management students to go on and become entrepreneurs instilled with high ethical values.
