JASTECA offers scholarships on varied topics in management and technical spheres from Overseas Human Resources & Industry Development Association (HIDA) of Japan, to Sri Lankans employed in the country’s corporate entities. The major part of these scholarships are generously subsidised by HIDA leaving only about 25 to 40% of the total expenses to be borne by the scholarship recipient’s employer.
Management Training is implemented in HIDA training centres in Japan. Top Managers, Middle Managers as well as Engineers and Technical Managers from developing countries are invited to Japan to acquire skills and techniques in business or factory management through understanding management concepts and observing real examples of their practice.
