Vacancy – Lecturer / Hotel Operations Multitasker
(Polonnaruwa / Ampara / Monaragala / Nuwara Eliya)
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Lecturer in Hotel Operations with multi-tasking responsibilities.
Key Requirements
Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Relevant industry and/or teaching experience in the hospitality sector
Strong knowledge of hotel operations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and practical lectures in Hotel Operations and Hospitality Management
Conduct practical training in areas such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Operations, and Guest Relations
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and practical activities.
Guide and mentor students in their academic and professional development.
Coordinate practical sessions, workshops, and industry-related activities.
Support day-to-day academic and operational requirements.
Maintain professional standards and promote industry best practices.
