JAPAN COORDINATOR / JAPANESE LANGUAGE TEACHER for Caregivers – SSW Category We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team and play a key role in guiding caregivers towards their career opportunities in Japan. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Teach Japanese language (N5–N4 level or higher preferred) to caregiver trainees. * Guide students through SSW caregiver training requirements. * Handle and prepare Japan visa documentation process. * Coordinate effectively with Japan-based agents and partner organizations. * Support students throughout pre-departure and deployment process. * Maintain communication between Sri Lanka office and Japan counterparts. REQUIREMENTS * Strong command of spoken and written Japanese (JLPT certification preferred). * Experience in Japanese language teaching or caregiving training. * Knowledge of Japan SSW visa process (caregiver category preferred). * Ability to handle documentation and coordination work. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Prior experience working with Japan agencies or training centers is an advantage.
