Economics Teacher
Edexcel AS & A Level
Are you passionate about Economics and committed to inspiring future business leaders, policymakers, and economists?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Economics Teacher to deliver Edexcel AS & A Level Economics for Havelock Town Branch and Girls’ School Branch with excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and student-centered Economics lessons
Prepare students for outstanding Edexcel examination results
Monitor student progress through assessments and feedback
Develop innovative teaching and learning resources
Foster critical thinking, analytical, and research skills
Keep up to date with developments in Economics education and curriculum changes.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
Skills & Capabilities
Bachelor's Degree (Honours / Special Degree) in Economics, Business Economics, Economics & Finance, or a related field
Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) or Teaching Qualification
Experience with Edexcel / Cambridge curriculum preferred
Strong understanding of Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, International Trade, and Development Economics
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
